Intention

Our intention for this practice is to provide a safe space by which people can unravel the
layers of congestion held in the physical form. This may present in a myriad of ways...including physical pain, undiscerned postural habits, unacknowledged thought patterns and limited use of breath. Windsor Healing Arts LLC is a quiet, meditative environment to cultivate creative expression, communal support, and the joy of Being. |
