A gathering for multimedia therapeutic soul focused art project. 
Various textured papers, cut outs, crafted words, washi tape, mod podge, limited only by imagination...
the spirit of authenticity guides us in unraveling something individually meaningful.

SOULBOOK 
A SoulART project in which you will be creating your own 'Soulbook' that will have 
your essence stamped into it.  Multi-media/ collage that you will create (from pieces of cardboard),
and fill with papers, fabrics, colors, words, images...everything that speaks to you.  
You will receive guidance in steps to create the book binding, backgrounds, words, story of you.  
A LOT of fun, the end result is both rewarding and surprising.

RETREAT
Unique, small group gathering with multiple Healing Arts disciplines
specifically crafted for your beloved group.  Guided and nourished
in a wholesome, safe environment that will allow an introspective growing experience.
